Our Information Technology Quality team manages Information Technology operational processes, including configurations, change management, and incident management and provides oversight to third party suppliers that deliver services for Information Technology operations.

Position provides overall governance and management of end to end testing requirements, ownership of creating and updating the Test Strategy for all project improvements, and coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure adherence with best practices when performing all testing phases. This position will work with their team(s) to build a test asset that will provide multiple benefits in the future, reduced costs, consistent high quality and reduced leakage of incidents to production post go live.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in test methodologies and integration of business applications to achieve an efficient testing effort that delivers a quality system to its customers including the following areas:
Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model;
Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications;
Experience with manual testing, automated testing, mobile testing, non-functional testing (such as performance, load, usability, security, stress, and scalability), and continuous testing (CI/CD, DevOps);
Thorough verbal and written communication skills;
Thorough presentation skills using GSuite tools and effective delivery;
Experience using Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) a plus;
Must be able to work in an a fast-paced environment with ambitious deadlines;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and have good situational awareness (i.e. understanding sense of urgency when required); and,
Ability to manage multiple teams (onshore, offshore, and/or nearshore).
