This position requires proficiency in three key areas: Peeling, Mobile Equipment Operation and Scaling/Inspection. This role will also backup guard duty, QC duties and will provide routine clerical and administrative support. * Peeler: * Operate the pole shaver and related system components in a productive, efficient and safe manner * Ensure productivity and efficiency in the peeling process while maintaining safety standards * Monitor equipment performance and address any issues promptly to minimize downtime*

Mobile Equipment Operator: * Operate Wheel Loaders and Forklifts safely and efficiently * Maneuver equipment within the yard to facilitate material handling and transportation * Adhere to operational guidelines and safety protocols while operating mobile equipment * Scaler/Inspector: * Perform scaling, inspection grading and processing of shaved poles for inventory * Conduct visual inspections to assess the quality and condition of poles * Document findings accurately and report any discrepancies or issues to appropriate people*
