As the US Medical Head, Renal you'll play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives.

What You'll Do

  • Co-lead the Renal Brand team with the Commercial Brand Leader

  • Lead Core Medical Team (CMT)

  • Accountable for the US brand medical strategy and creation and delivery of brand medical plan

  • Accountable for an appropriate budget and resource requirements to support the development needs for the brand.

  • Lead the delivery of U.S.-based clinical development activities, including Clinical Trials, Real World Evidence Studies, Investigator Initiated and Sponsored Research, and Publications

  • Manage and develop direct reports and deployed resources including brand Medical Directors, Field Physicians, and Directors of Medical Alignment (as appropriate)

  • As part of Medical Plan, ensure comprehensive engagement plan with customers and key stakeholders, e.g., Managed Care Organizations, Key Opinion Leaders, Key Institutions and Hospital Systems, Professional Societies

  • Participating in and collaborating with both commercial and development in the labeling negotiations for a product approval.

  • Represent US Medical on Renal Global Medical Teams, incorporating US healthcare system perspectives and personal expertise into both the Global and US Medical Affairs strategy and operational plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all AZ corporate policies

Essential for the role

  • Medical Degree

  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/medical industry

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills

Desirable:

  • Board Certified Nephrologist

  • Strong scientific background; knowledge and experience in renal disease

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a strategy-setting role within Medical

  • Experience developing and/or launching a new pharmaceutical product

  • Broad cross-functional pharmaceutical and cross-functional general management experience

National travel will be approximately 20% of time - upon lift of company's travel ban.

Overview of Responsibilities As a Head Cashier at Sprouts Farmers Market, you are responsible for the supervision of a team of cashiers, providing training, hiring, monitoring, and assistance with operational issues. This position is primarily mobile, proactively visiting registers, providing direction and support to Cashiers and Baggers, and ensuring excellent customer service. Typically, the Head Cashier is in the register to assist in potential customer assistance issues while maintaining visibility of the exit doors for security and loss prevention issues. The Head Cashier also assists in the selection of and the training of new cashiers as well as taking the necessary steps for disciplinary actions, which may include directly administering discipline, participating in disciplinary actions, or providing input to the Store 3rd Manager or Store Manager on required disciplinary actions. The Head Cashier is also responsible to assign store sweeps, monitor/maintain cash register supply levels, and also maintain cleanliness standards in our restrooms and our parking lots. The Head Cashier will also schedule and oversee the proper execution of appropriate meal and rest breaks pursuant to company policy and state requirements.
