The US Fielding Coordinator will assist the Project Management team with the day-to-day management of market research studies by implementing strategic fielding practices and maintaining project profitability. The Fielding Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing survey response rates and working with the Panel Team to advance long-term goals of growing and maintaining the M3USA panel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Create daily schedule for and send survey invitations to US oncologists
  • Build and update customized fielding plans for all projects assigned to Fielding Coordinator
  • Manage all aspects of fielding projects assigned to Fielding Coordinator using all internal, partner, and custom recruitment efforts to ensure that M3 achieves and exceeds clients expectations for sample and timing
  • Proactively seek alternative sample strategies when internal panel sample is not sufficient to reach total sample sizes of project
  • Provide essential support to project managers including but not limited to the following:
  • Alert the Project Manager when a sample strategy is failing or getting off track and work together to find alternative solutions
  • Track, monitor and report on fielding performance and costs at a project level
  • Set-up and testing of online market research surveys
  • Preparing detailed daily status updates for project managers and clients including project status, current efforts, and next steps
  • Prepare projects for invoicing
  • Alert the Project Manager when a sample strategy is failing or getting off track and work together to find alternative solutions
  • Track, monitor and report on fielding performance and costs at a project level

Requirements

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

  • Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Market research experience (preferably in medical/healthcare field) preferred
  • The candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Responsive and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
  • The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
  • The candidate must have basic math skills and be able to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.

VIEW JOBS 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-10T00:00 <p>The mission of a qualitative project manager is to be a communication and relationship liaison between M3 and our clients, directly manage all aspects of each project on time and within budget, and to ensure successful project completion. This is the ideal role for someone who has experience in market research specifically international healthcare research.</p><p><br></p><p>This role will support our EU operations for the initial stages and require a work schedule of 5am-2pm ET or 6am-3pm ET.<br></p><p><br></p> <p><i><strong>Duties Include:</strong></i></p><ul> <li>Manage international qualitative projects through entire project life cycle including all aspects of managing clients, partners and healthcare professional and consumer sample.</li> <li>Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirming of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qualitative interviews, etc. and ensuring all respondents are prepared according to client requirements. Ability to act quickly to replace no-shows, follow up with late respondents, send last minute materials, etc. when alerted by client/moderator.</li> <li>Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring of statistics, managing respondent honoraria and closing/auditing/invoicing of projects in technology based system.</li> <li>Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.</li> <li>Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to meet client needs.</li> <li>Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and identify issues when in field.
