The Field Marketing Leader manages Mercer's U.S. field marketing team with direct line management for all team members. The field marketing team is geography aligned and works closely with sales and business leadership in the local offices to develop strategies, align resources, and execute marketing initiatives that build market presence and drive revenue growth.

This position can be located anywhere in the United States.

The position requires an experienced, innovative B2B marketer with demonstrated skills in successful development of locally developed and executed marketing strategies, team leadership, and strategic advisory of senior business and sales leaders. The Field Marketing Leader will sit on the North America Marketing Leadership team to influence the development of campaigns at all stages, and will partner across all marketing groups to drive effective integration of field tactics into strategy, manage deployment, and then track results.

Strong capabilities in leadership, coaching, budget management, and project management required. Champion brand development and embodiment in live events and digital channels. Apply business acumen through financial and data analysis to ensure smart decision making and resource deployment. Strong business acumen, effective sales partnership, automated marketing systems experience, and a data-driven approach preferred.

As a Population Health practice lead, you will align and enhance business relationships between Healthcare payer and provider clients and IQVIA's population health consulting and services teams for optimal client outcomes. You leverage your experience to build trusted relationships with key client executives, consult with clients on strategy and operations of their organization, and provide recommendations for performance improvement which may include one or more commercially available solutions or services. You manage strategic alignment and tactical coordination with strategic partners; establish, track and report on program key performance indicators, meet/exceed agreed upon milestones and proactively manage client communication; and provide guidance and leadership to produce positive results for complex deliverables surrounded by ambiguity. You also manage a team providing transformation services to our clients, including but not limited to case managers, population health managers, clinicians, and technology implementation managers. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care or related field * Experience growing a consulting organization and/or Population Health service offering * Experience managing a $5M+ profit and loss (P&L) * Proven experience leading large, highly matrixed teams of functional (clinical and industry experts) and technical resources (software configuration specialists) * At least 7 years' health care information technology (HCIT) sales or consulting work experience * At least 10 years of health care/managed care consulting and/or leadership experience, or related professional services experience * Mastery level knowledge and understanding of managed care, value-based reimbursement, program management, and primary care practice transformation * Willing to travel up to 60% as needed * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Join Us Making a positive impact on human health takes insight, curiosity, and intellectual courage.
