US Store Operations Senior Analyst | Round Rock, TX

We are looking for a highly motivated and autonomous person to join the team as a Store Operations senior analyst within our Electronics & Accessories and Services businesses. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of order code and configuration lineups across the Consumer website.

This person will be tasked with delivering a high degree of output quality through critical problem solving skills in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. It's important that the candidate for this role is comfortable with driving process improvements, has excellent attention to detail, and can successfully collaborate with individuals at varying levels in the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales effectiveness, a strong foundation of effective marketing communications within a B2C framework, a "can do attitude" and willingness to find & solve problems autonomously. The ideal candidate has experience problem solving highly technical issues with a positive, energetic attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in Electronics and Accessories (E&A) Store Operations for cross-functional partners and stakeholders

  • Liaise with & guide store operations team with regards to workload, training, etc.

  • Drive maximum attach rate (AR) of Services & Electronics on PCs, Displays, and Peripheral products

  • Collaborate with product line managers (PLMs) and product group teams to influence product assortments to maximize configurability and margin effectiveness across E&A

  • Troubleshoot issues in configurator, DMA, Harmony, and other tools used in the creation and publication of offers (E&A order codes) on

  • Pull, analyze, and use data to drive changes to further improve AR, SPRU, SPMU, etc.

  • Build relationships with SKU management partners to ensure clear communication & SKU and option readiness for product, service, and/or hardware launches

Essential Requirements:

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience

  • Strong grasp of Online/eCommerce Operations; passion for eCommerce

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Experience in juggling multiple projects of varying prioritization simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience collaborating with numerous stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently & within a team quickly, and thoroughly while juggling multiple deadlines

  • Top-notch attention to detail and organization skills; as well as the ability to focus on the big picture

  • Experience with DMA, Harmony, El Dorado, & Domino preferred

  • B2C sales experience preferred

This individual serves as a process SME point-of-contact for team members, ensuring consistent global processes, testing and support of system changes, report writing and analyzing data for process improvement opportunities and the design and delivery of HR & compensation metrics. The position will be responsible for consolidating processes and procedures, helping to ensure they are communicated clearly, and managing the overall storage and version control for the processes. This position is also supporting management and organization of internal ticket systems for the HROps team and helping to ensure the team has access to the correct technology for their role. The HR Operations Analyst may also support documentation of the system design, system-related training, and work with system admin on future implementations as assigned. Responsibilities * Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train HR managers and managers on new processes/functionality. * Create and update Intranet pages with supporting information on HR related processes      * Promote proactive approaches using the HCM to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HCM capabilities. Based on business need; negotiate priorities and support requirements. * Provide support for system admin and HR Managers including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform system-related scheduled compensation activities such as annual salary planning and quarterly bonus and promotion planning; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. * Gather data for internal coordination and communication. Qualifications * Minimum of seven years' experience working with HR. * Minimum of five years' experience with HRIS. * Minimum of five years' experience with MS Excel. * Strong understanding of HR processes and data. * Knowledge of automated and integrated human resource information systems. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required to ensure data integrity, manage multiple and competing deadlines and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines. * Experience in information systems applications, designs and computer platforms (i.e. relational databases, report writing, word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation applications, etc.). * Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills. * Strong project management skills. * Hands-on configuration experience in Human Capital Management modules. * Strong analytical and listening skills required to understand, review, analyze and recommend changes to existing processes. * Ability to understand complex processes and simplify/streamline processes. * Ability to think creatively to resolve challenges and develop solutions. * Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and develop working relationships with HR staff, staff from other SolarWinds divisions as well as vendors. * Ability to lead and develop effective training and evaluation sessions for all levels of users.      Solarwinds, Inc.
