The Campus Recruiting Leader is responsible for setting and overseeing the delivery of strategic and tactical recruiting programs for entry-level hires at Navigant's target campuses as well as off-campus applicants for assigned Navigant business units. This individual will lead, measure, and mentor their recruiting team to operationalize and deliver on strategy through a comprehensive recruiting program that is centered on service and process excellence. This includes demonstrating this success through timely and accurate reporting and analysis of recruiting metrics. The incumbent will proactively partner with corporate leadership (HR, Operations, Resource Management, Compensation, On-boarding) to achieve the most efficient and effective brand-defining approach to campus recruiting and sourcing activities.
This position interfaces closely with practice and geographic leaders to ensure that overall recruiting goals are achieved, and resource needs are aligned with Navigant's culture, clients and the best interests of our people. This highly visible role is expected to make positive measurable impact with their clients and with the internal TA team by leading project initiatives with the Director of Talent Acquisition. Function as an advisor to business leaders regarding organizational and entry-level talent acquisition issues
Engage senior practice leaders with a consistent level of communication to ensure positive results, solicit feedback, and report on key metrics.

Recruiting Strategy and Operations
Build, implement, and manage an effective and efficient recruiting program that is understood by your team, clients and other stakeholders
Enhance the current TA infrastructure by enhancing or creating process efficiencies and tools that enable your team and improve results
Ensure candidates are consistently assessed through Navigant's interview framework; monitor quality of hire with your client and HR to make improvements
Work with HR business partners and HR functional experts to review and maintain competitive total rewards that are focused on employee needs and cost effective for the firm
Meet compliance standards in accordance with OFCCP, EEO, and Navigant policies and service level agreements
Receive excellent feedback from your team by creating a positive high-performance working culture that is based on Navigant's core values (Respect, Innovation, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence)
Provide guidance and coaching on a regular basis to ensure your team is equipped and prepared to anticipate needs and meet goals
Successfully lead recruiting initiatives and projects aimed to improve operations delivery, collaboration, branding, metrics, and morale

Communicate effectively (written and verbal), especially with senior leadership and presenting to large audiences

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 8 years of corporate (in-house) campus recruiting experience successfully advising and influencing business leaders on recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed and people-centric business model
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience leading others in a diverse in-house recruiting team
Travel requirements for this position are seasonal and as needed
Change agility, strong attention to detail but with the ability to synthesize details into relevant reporting summaries to discuss with senior leaders
Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills to drive multiple priorities and achieve desired results
Exceptional candidate relationship manager with solid negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations
Demonstrated high degree of self-awareness and ability to accurately gauge others to appropriately guide thinking and behavior, especially in difficult situations
Thrive in a collaborative environment with the ability to capitalize on a diverse group of professional skills and personalities
Experience leading a team by creating a positive and productive work environment with proven success in managing, mentoring and coaching a team and effectively influencing others (stakeholders, peers and other colleagues)
Advanced technology proficiency for data management; metrics, reporting and analytics in: (1) campus event management software (Navigant uses Yello); (2) CRM (Navigant uses Avature); (3) ATS (Peoplesoft converting to Oracle Fusion); (4) MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); (5) and LinkedIn.
Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously
Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently
