Manages a team of Human Resource Business Partners responsible for delivering appropriate services to maximize the organization effectiveness of assigned business line(s). HR Managers partner with senior-leadership who oversee significant functions within the organization. Organizes and manages the successful delivery of Human Resources services in terms of functional expertise, client advocacy, talent management and strategy. May tailor Human Resources services to achieve specific business line objectives through the oversight, direction and risk management of:
HR process that support business outcomes. Processes may include serving as an emergency responder, effectively managing employee relations, project management and rewarding performance.
Driving the accountability for ethical behavior, inclusion and fair treatment in support of the organization's culture.
Maintaining a strong talent pipeline through succession planning, talent assessment and development planning.
Driving business strategy through change management, analysis, consulting and creating solutions to business objectives.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Nine or more years of experience in the Human Resources field
Minimum two years of management experience
Ability to build and manage a team of Human Resource professionals who have credibility and work directly with business line management
Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
Knowledge of Human Resources competencies
Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
