Reach out to case managers, medical assistants, administration and nurses over the phone to sell the Edgepark value proposition and the services we offer Urology patients.
Must be a strategic thinker, a self-starter and someone comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial role.
Take over the existing book of business within your assigned territory and focus on going after new opportunities.
Implement past inside sales, business development, referral sales, healthcare and account management experience.
Identify call points and build strong relationships with HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) to facilitate patient referrals.
Effectively address internal and external constituent needs independently or in collaboration with other sales and support reps.
Influence account profitability; drive increases in revenue, margin and market share.
Build and sustain relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships.
Potential to travel 10% of the time, to assigned territory, for critical meetings and quarterly business reviews, presentations, etc.
Min 1 year of successful inside sales, telesales, marketing or similar experience
Comfort making 50-70 calls/day
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Urology products/services, HCP referral selling preferred
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with peers
Effective organizational and account management abilities
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel 10% of time
Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
