Urology Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary: The Urology Advanced Practice Provider will serve as an outpatient Full Time APP providing care to patients at the Upstate Health Care Center , Syracuse.As an APP here at Upstate you will provide outpatient management of the Urological and Urological Surgical patients.

Responsibilities will include: Providing expert level clinical care & coordination of care via a full range of services that will improve quality of patient care assessing. Evaluating patients, ordering appropriate laboratory testing & diagnostic studies.

Provide outpatient urological procedures, arranging for referrals, testing, consultation, & therapeutic services. Maintaining outstanding relationships with families, referring physicians & all members of the health care team. Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. NYS Licensed/Registered NP or PA. Current National Certification consistent to the clinical practice.

NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required. Have a NPI number and be Medicare enrolled with a Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) (or eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire. CPR-BLS Certification required at the time of appointment.

Preferred Qualifications: Ambulatory, Urological experience Preferred. Work Days:
