Role: Manager - Pega Developer, LSA
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Atlanta, GA

Note: No OPT/ CPT

Job Description:

Must Have Skills:
10 yrs Pega Architect, Certified Lead System Architect
1.Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience
2.Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) strongly preferred.
3.Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
4.Pega Lead Systems Architect Certification.
5.Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management)
6.Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
7.Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding
8.Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
9.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
10. Ability to work and communicate effectively with programmers and other IT staff and non-IT functional areas

System Requirement Analyst II – (Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN) Job Summary: Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. Job Responsibilities: * Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. * Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow. * Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. * Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure taking actions. * Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. * Conduct research on products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts. * Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization. Create system design proposals. * Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to help management make implementation decisions. Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems. * Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers. * Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post implementation support. * Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems. * Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems or Equivalent experience. * 4 plus years of experience in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems. * 5 plus years of experience in business operations, gathering requirements, data process modeling or similar experience. * Practice Management experience. * Knowledge of and the ability to manage an organization's architectures, data resources, polices, practices and procedures to appropriately and effectively address business and stakeholder's needs. * Knowledge of how to collect data from different information sources and distribute them to users; ability to use this information to simplify information systems and make sound business decisions.
