At our practice you will join a collaborative team of specialists in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Avian/Exotics, and Oncology as well as a seasoned team of primary and emergency veterinarians. Our RACC department consists of two boarded Criticalists, dedicated technicians and assistants, and department-specific client liaisons.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes multiple ultrasounds, wireless Fukuda Denshi telemetry, 64-slice CT, 1.5 T MRI, C-Arm with neurovascular platform, Maquet Servo-U ventilator with NAVA and volumetric capnography and minimally invasive surgical equipment. As an added bonus, we enjoy an Antech reference laboratory in the building with an on-site clinical pathologist.

We prioritize a doctor-led, medicine first approach and are proud to offer equity options to our veterinarians. We believe in an integrated veterinary system that brings together veterinarians and medical teams from every type of practice to support our community. We are committed to education and in addition to our rotating internships, specialty internships, and residencies partners with the local schools to provide clinical training for their AVMA accredited veterinary technology program.

Owned and operated by veterinarians since 1937, our family of hospitals in Connecticut include five primary care and one urgent care hospital. On the specialty/er side, we matched 13 rotating interns for next year (!) so it is a great environment for someone who wants a teaching hospital feel and a testament to our quality of medicine. We are also thrilled to announce that we will be opening a brand new, state-of-the-art hospital later this year. Our network of doctors provides a one-of-a-kind community that supports each other and grows together.

Our outstanding benefit package includes:

Salary range - $130-150,000.00 is the starting point and will depend on experience

Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual.

Non-competes vary by position, we do still have some levels

Equity Options after 90 days of employment
