Role Summary
Urban Outfitters is seeking a Sr. Digital Analytics Analyst to join their Digital Analytics team. The right candidate for this role will possess a balance of quantitative reporting and analytical skills alongside a big-picture strategic curiosity. This position will assist a Sr. Analytics Manager in providing fact-based recommendations, guidance and reporting in areas of marketing channel performance and customer behavior across Web properties and Mobile applications. Additionally, this position will play an integral role in shaping A/B testing strategy and running tests across the UO digital experience. The Sr. Analyst will work closely with partners across business partners in order to nail down designs to run on the site & app and report out on test results.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting & Ad Hocs
Execute day-to-day analytics requests
Analyze and interpret business performance data in order to provide recommendations to business partners
Leverage data from site experience tracking tools (ie Google Analytics) to collect, analyze and report on customer journeys, interactions and touchpoints
Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual reports
A/B & Multivariate Testing
Oversee A/B Testing across all Urban Outfitters digital experiences (Web & App)
Manage the end-to-end testing calendar, process, and workflow including but not limited to: prioritization, requirements gathering, documentation, design & build, defining KPIs, QA/UAT, execution, analysis, and delivery of results and recommendations to key-stakeholders
Champion a test-and-learn culture and partner cross-functionally for test ideation and execution
Role Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience on a Digital team, E-commerce highly preferred.
Must be an exceptional collaborator, with demonstrated success working in an integrated cross-functional team environment.
Must demonstrate curiosity about the customer, business and data
Strong communication skills: Ability to listen to the ideas, needs, and requirements of partners and provide effective direction and recommendations is crucial
Proven experience with Optimization, Personalization, or Testing Tools (SiteSpect, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, etc.)
Experience leveraging visitor behavior data from Site Analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), as well as pulling and utilizing data using SQL
Familiarity with data visualization tools (ie Tableau)
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Familiarity with retail business models and ecommerce analytics to drive ROI-positive solutions, a plus
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
