The Registrar Department is seeking a Work Study Assistant who will support the department by assisting with processing the daily mail, scanning all daily work, completing data entry tasks, and purging old documents.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing student documents for scanning by marking all documents with the student's ID number, and by department (COC, CCA, etc.). Scanning documents into our OnBase System; Store and Shred documents; and support other registrar's office functions, if needed.
The successful candidate must possess: Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented; Candidate must also have knowledge of Microsoft Office/ data entry, and should have the ability to work independently.
Preferred skills: Computer skills; Communication skills, and previous office experience
Applicants must be current Franklin University students with Federal Work Study eligibility. The ideal candidate must be able to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
