Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree with a minimum of eight years of experience in registrar-related roles/functions or experience in academic division administration, or a Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in registrar-related roles/functions or experience in academic division administration.

Must be able to perform overnight travel.

Desired Qualifications:

Considerable project management skills including the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage large-scale projects and analyze large amounts of data.

Proven record of relationship and rapport development with internal and external constituencies, and demonstrated ability to successfully manage staff to ensure a climate of collaboration and teamwork, while simultaneously encouraging professional development and continued performance improvement.

Political savviness and diplomacy, coupled with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with complex data, information systems, and software applications.

Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including FERPA, national trends, and current research and best practices in the field of enrollment management and student success.

Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and mentoring.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across units with sensitivity and responsiveness to the needs of diverse constituencies.
