Role Summary:

The UniversityRecruitment Coordinator is a Talent Acquisition professional responsiblefor delivery of the flawless execution of all transactions associated withmarketing and selection events to support hiring for interns, graduates andpost-graduate students to meet requirements declared in the annual planningprocess. The University RecruitmentCoordinator plays a vital role in enabling the University Recruitment team tobe seen as a customer-centric, effective unit able to maintain long-termrelationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and key contacts in BakerHughes, a GE Company (BHGE) Target Schools. In addition, the UniversityRecruitment Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for liaisonwith vendors for shipping, hotel and travel services.

The University Recruitment Coordinator delivers to the specificationset by the Global University Recruitment Leader to ensure that every eventincluding career fairs, student society events, SPE forums etc. are deliveredin appropriate settings with the correct collateral to position BHGE as anemployer of choice for candidates who aspire to careers in the oil and gasindustry. The University RecruitmentCoordinator plays a vital role in creating a candidate and assessor-centricexperience for final selection events including the management and collation ofassessments to support final decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the logistical requirements to support BHGE staffwho represent BHGE in target schools.

  • Managing the shipment of collateral to target schools.

  • Attending career fairs to supervise logistics to support Managerswho are engaged in talent attraction.

  • Liaising with hotel vendors to ensure that appropriate andcost-effective arrangements are made for the assessment events, includingcandidate accommodation and meeting room requirements. Negotiating costs to meet budget limitations.

  • Managing the purchase and distribution of giveaways for studentsand faculty.

  • Ensuringthat appropriate tools and processes are utilized in line with all processrequirements.


  • Bachelor's degree orequivalent experience
  • 2+ years' experiencein HR
  • Excellent Englishskills, both oral and written

Preferred Qualification:

  • Demonstratedability to understand and anticipate customer needs and act with urgency onthese.

  • Demonstratedability to drive processes, with minimal supervision, to the satisfaction ofthe customer.

  • Priorexperience supporting a University Recruitment team

Primary Responsibilities: * Assess, plan and implement care strategies that are individualized by patient and directed toward the most appropriate, lease restrictive level of care * Identify and initiate referrals for social service programs; including financial, psychosocial, community and state supportive services * Manage the care plan throughout the continuum of care as a single point of contact * Communicate with all stakeholders the required health-related information to ensure quality coordinated care and services are provided expeditiously to all members * Advocate for patients and families as needed to ensure the patient's needs and choices are fully represented and supported by the health care team Expect to spend about 50% of your time in the field visiting our members in long-term care facilities. You'll need to be flexible, adaptable and, above all, patient in all types of situations. Required Qualifications: * RN current, unrestricted in the state of TX * 4 years of experience working within the community health setting or in a health care role * Experience working with MS Word and Outlook * The ability to travel in assigned region to visit members in the nursing home setting Preferred Qualifications: * A background in managing populations with complex medical or behavioral needs * Case management and/or care coordination experience * Experience with long term care or skilled nursing facilities * Experience with electronic charting * Experience with arranging community resources * Prior field based work experience Careers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
