We're looking for a University Programs & Recruiting Coordinator to join our University Recruiting team at Rubrik.
Schedule university candidate interviews, domestic and international phone screens, Video interviews, and onsite interviews
Contribute to the design and implementation of university recruiting events on and off campus
Support our recruiters during campus travel, registering for career fairs, networking receptions, Hackathons, listing events, tech talks, recruiter office hours, and on-campus interviews, helping with general logistics
Oversee candidate travel to Palo Alto from candidate school locations; liaising with and manage the relationship with Rubrik's preferred travel vendor
Maintain an excellent candidate experience from start to finish
Provide recruiting partners with active updates on capacity limitations during peak recruiting season and providing strategic workarounds where possible
Develop strong trust and relationships with recruiters and engineers across the organization
Support our internship program year-round collaborating with university recruiters, the office team, and cross-functional partners in engineering, and other lines of business
Provide administrative support to intern mentor training, intern on-boarding, and training
Coordinate event logistics (budgeting, booking spaces, speaker confirmation, and coordination, catering, calendaring, marketing materials, attendee preparation, invoice reconciliation, and on-site support)
Design and project manage campus and program swag distribution in conjunction with design and external vendors
Support the development of existing and new recruiting programs (diversity & inclusion initiatives, outreach, conferences, off-sites, and internal program infrastructure)
Associate / Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Greenhouse, Lever, Jobvite, etc.)
Experience with interview scheduling tools (i.e. GoodTime) is preferred
Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Highly-organized, proactive, and exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
