Works collaboratively to develop and maintain ongoing relationships and partnerships with hiring leaders, candidate pools, peer partners, and third party vendors to deliver candidates for USAA's hiring needs.
Assists management team to implement sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and assemble diverse pipeline of talent for open positions. Responds to inquiries pertaining to Recruiting or business related policy and process application. Performs moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution. Participates in the development and implementation of business solutions as a team resource.
Supports Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with organization's hiring and program objectives.
Performs full life cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods.
Guides hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance within external and internal regulatory agencies.
May participate in recruitment/networking events in support of military, diversity and niche expertise.
Serves as team member on staffing projects and initiatives impacting enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies.
Participates in process efficiency and process improvement for Talent Acquisition.
Acquires and applies maturing knowledge of relevant human resources discipline(s), specifically employment law, policy and procedure.
Provides solutions and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
2 or more years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management, to include knowledge of applicable employment laws.
Developing knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and other software to support sourcing tools and techniques.
Ability to travel during domestically during peak hiring periods (40%)
Corporate college recruiting experience
Experience using Workday Applicant Tracking System
