Job Description

The University Recruiting & Early Talent Programs team's purpose is to create diverse pipelines of internship, co-op and new grad talent to enable future growth for Bose. Our leaders are invested in finding top early talent across the enterprise to support the critical work ahead in the next stage of our transformation journey. We operate as true strategic partners using a data driven approach to identify key schools and programs that best suit the needs of our business all while providing an exceptional experience for students.

We are looking for a University Recruiter to help scale our US campus hiring efforts. This person will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to Bose's business leaders and candidates, performing full-lifecycle university recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships.

The job responsibilities for the University Recruiter will include, but not be limited to:

Recruiting:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of intern/co-op roles by working closely with hiring managers to identify needs and align expectations on how you engage, evaluate and ultimately hire the best talent for the organization

  • Support go-to-campus recruiting strategy - register and coordinate logistics for career fairs, info sessions, club activities, etc. both virtually and in-person

  • Primary Recruiter responsible for attending non-MA based recruiting events and support MA based recruiting events as needed

Programming:

  • Plan and support intern/co-op programming (Orientation, Events, onboarding, offboarding) alongside Early Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Assist in updating materials and communications to Business Units about recruiting timelines and programs

  • Ad-hoc Project Support as Needed

Job Requirements:

  • You have a serious passion for early in career talent and delivering a phenomenal candidate experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in University Recruiting and/or Early Talent Recruiting

  • Experienced with high volume recruiting for interns and co-ops in software, engineering and business fields

  • Work with University and diversity organization contacts to align early talent recruiting efforts with business needs

  • Excited to travel up to 70% during peak recruiting season (Sep-Nov & Jan-March)

Other Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable navigating an ATS (Workday preferred), School Job Boards, Microsoft Office Products and other recruiting tools

  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually and enjoy presenting to all different audiences

  • Energized by engaging with a high volume of students on-campus at career fairs, student club events, virtual events, diversity-focused conferences and more

  • A natural project manager and able to work cross functionally with different groups

  • Ability to gather KPIs, analyze data & trends, and present findings to various audiences

  • Experience building early talent recruiting programs with a focus on sourcing from diverse groups
