University Libraries Scholar Support Desk Assistant (Ops)

Department

Access Services & Delivery within Strozier Library contains Scholar Support Desks at Strozier Library, Dirac Science Library, and the Engineering Library. The Technology Desk is located at Strozier Library.

Responsibilities

The Scholar Support Desk position is located in Strozier

Provides support of circulating materials from the Scholar Support Desk, ranging from technology, study supplies, physical collection items, and study rooms, in addition to assisting with in-library and Curbside delivery (Strozier only).

Provides light scholarly research related to basic reference questions. Provides scholar support in accessing library services such as printer issues or general inquiries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Anticipated Salary Range

$12/hour

Strozier

Sunday 12:00 pm-12:00 am

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-12:00 am

Friday 8:00 am-7:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am-7:00 pm
