Universal Banker (West Roxbury) The Cooperative Bank (TCB) is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at our West Roxbury location Overview: The Universal Banker plays a crucial role in meeting the financial needs of customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

This position involves providing top-notch customer service and managing a range of banking operations. The Universal Banker is also committed to owning the customer experience by establishing and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective customers. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle various customer service operations, which include processing customer deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and safe deposit transactions Recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer’s financial goals and needs Accurately process routine account maintenance tasks such as processing debit cards, wire transfers, account changes, and stop payments Takes ownership in the development and deepening of customer relationships through proactive onboarding and outreach Support branch growth and goal objectives through individual goal achievement and teamwork Requirements:
