Under general supervision, the Delivery Truck Driver I loads the truck and delivers chemicals to the customer location in a safe manner following all laws, company policies, and customer policies. Ensures that the truck is in good working order by completing the pre-trip inspection, ensures that the logs and timesheets are up-to-date and that the shipping documents and all vehicle documents are current and in the truck.

After arriving to the location, the driver unloads the truck by dropping off drums or pumping chemical off of the truck into bulk tanks. After completing all of the deliveries, the driver will do a post trip inspection and remove any empty containers from the delivery truck so that chemicals can be loaded for the next day. May perform minor maintenance to truck and will keep truck clean and washed.

Driver is responsible for forklift operations/ensuring that the load is secured and ensuring that the bills of lading and shipping documents are documented properly. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Minimum of 6 months of experience in DOT HAZMAT driving experience is required with a Class A Commercial licensure with HAZMAT endorsements prior to hiring. Must pass Homeland Security background check.

Position qualifies as DOT regulated interstate commerce and thus exempt from FLSA regulation. Reports to CT crew Supervisor, although may receive orders, direction from senior more experienced employees on the job. Job Summary: A Coiled Tubing Operator is expected to assist the CT crew as directed by competent leadership. Must be able to perform heavy physical labor, work many hours out in the elements during rain, snow, wind, extreme heat and cold. Minimum Requirements: Physically fit, 21 years of age, possess valid CDL, able to be away from home for multiple days at a time. Speak and write in English, capable of understanding and passing testing regarding safety requirements in the field. Basic math skills. Pass physical exam, drug test, criminal and MVR check. Know and conform to DOT regulations. Twelve (12) months experience on a CT Crew. Essential Functions of the Job: * Present self at appointed time and place ready and able to perform work as instructed by competent authority. * Operates and maintains CT unit without constant direct supervision. * Follow instructions for spotting equipment on location. * Ensure that all hi-pressure iron is banded with a current inspection date. * Complete Treatment Reports. * Understand and operate under constant direct supervision ORION/CERBERUS system. * Perform pre/post job equipment inspections. Specifically, perform pre-trip vehicular inspections. * Complete DOT logs as required by regulation and training. * Keep workspaces (including vehicles) clean and free of safety hazards at all times. Observe all safety rules at all times. Knows how to use and always utilizes Personal Protective Equipment. * Assist in rig-ups/rig-downs as well as operation of all equipment during a job. Assist with maintenance of equipment, replenishment of stores and general housekeeping while in the shop. Perform scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment. * Takes instruction on how to operate tools and equipment utilized on the job and in the shop. Specifically learn to independently (without constant supervision) operate and maintain fluid pumps and nitrogen equipment. * Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers. * Other duties as assigned by competent leadership. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk and hear. The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools or controls: reach with hands and arms. Employee will regularly be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. Employee will be constantly exposed to wet/humid/hot weather or cold/wet/snow/sleet weather often to extremes. Hazardous materials are often present and may be handled by the employee, in accordance with previous training regarding such handling.
