Zippy's Restaurants is currently seeking a Unit Office Clerk (Part-Time). In this role you are responsible for accurately verifying, receiving and consolidating sales and cash information in preparation of the daily deposit.

Additional general duties include processing invoices, assisting the managers with employee files and posting of information from various departments on store bulletin boards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Available to work as early as 6:00 am and stay until work is complete; earlier start times may be required as needed

• Part-Time clerks must be available Saturday/Sunday and Holidays

• Experience in prior cash handling and balancing background preferred

• Experience in working in restaurant/fast food environment a

• Being able to work in a self directed environment

• Computer experience with Microsoft Suite and Google platforms

• Proficient administrative, customer service and communication skills

• Self-develop, action and detail oriented as well as analytical skills (continued desire to learn and enhance skills)
