Located in Richardson, TX this position is responsible for managing a team within Sales Operations involved in providing support for new business sales and/or existing accounts. Responsible for managing databases, reporting, budget and project initiatives for sales & account management operations.
3 years of management experience or leading operational initiatives/workstreams.
3 years sales, sales operations marketing experience.
Knowledge of sales operations.
System experience in SalesForce / Siebel, Group Rating System or similar.
Budget management, planning and preparation experience.
Client service experience.
PC proficiency and skills in Excel.
Analytical skills and experience developing reports; sales forecasting, projections.
Verbal and written communications skills to direct and lead teams, work across the organization, represent the company to external entities, and present to management
Advanced user within Salesforce.
Experience with Anaplan.
Experience with RFP process for group 151 - 10,000.
Knowledge of group health insurance products, pricing, and regulations.
This position must be located in Richardson, TX.
