Develop and implement care plans that improve resident outcomes and satisfaction. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident care to ensure quality, safety, and dignity.

Handle documentation, reporting, and clinical decision-making with precision. What We’re Looking For: Current RN License (State of Michigan) in good standing.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills. ❤️ A passion for improving resident lives and delivering exceptional care. The ability to mentor and empower your team while leading by example.

Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation.
