Works closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Designers and Production staff to provide required deliverables and to ensure accuracy, quality and safety while processing domestic and international orders.Responsibilities * Provide unit order processing support for Project Management/Engineering deliverables including:*

General Arrangement Drawings * Parts Lists * Bills of Material * Maintaining ERP (Aurora) Processes * Producing Installation Operating Maintenance Manual package * Coordinates reschedule requirements per individual assigned orders. * Create drawings from templates or facilitate through design as required. * Review and manage daily/weekly Project Management (E to 1, time fence) reports per individually assigned tasks and keep them current. * Maintain Unit Management SharePoint site per individually assigned tasks and keep them current. * Follow process and procedures and other critical requirements per order. * Perform special assignments and additional tasks as assigned * Communicate with Customer Service, Project Management, Engineering/Design, Planning, Procurement and Production Department to prioritize orders that could potentially be delayed and advise concerns in advance of shipment. * Facilitate open communication with global FLSmidth offices to complete requested deliverables.Education and Experience * High School Diploma, bachelor's degree a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high order volume and coordinate deliverables timely and accurately. * Project management skills, Customer service skills and Document Control skills are preferred, or any relative combination of experience. * Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint; Smarteam, ERP Aurora.
