Employee recognition incentivesNOW HIRING: Unit ManagerUnit Manager responsibilities Include:Oversee the daily operations of the assigned unit, ensuring high standards of care.Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and leadership.Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.Monitor patient care to ensure adherence to care plans, protocols, and regulations.Coordinate with other departments to address resident needs and facility requirements.Conduct regular assessments of resident health status and adjust care plans as necessary.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate documentation.Unit Manager Qualifications:Active RN/ LPN license in the state of New Jersey (required).Nursing experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting.Previous leadership experience (Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or similar role) preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.Join the team atExcelCare At Manalapan for an exciting journey in your career path.
