Positions within this job family are assigned responsibilities which involve serving as the administrator and supervisor of a multi-disciplinary team of staff members who are assigned to work within a specific offender unit; directs the operations of a semi-autonomous unit within a correctional institution.


Level I

The Unit Manager (DOC) job family consists of only one level and incumbents are responsible for performing all functions associated with the assigned position as the administrator and supervisor of a multi-disciplinary team of staff members who are assigned to work within a specific offender unit or in directing the operations of a semi-autonomous unit within a correctional institution.


Level I :

Education and Experience requirements consist of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience in correctional records management or social casework which involved the classification and assignment, field supervision, apprehension or investigation of offenders, or in a professional administrative position with responsibilities for maintaining inmate records, establishing procedures or serving as an assistant to a warden, or in a position which involved responsibility for the activity of inmates or management of a food service or maintenance unit in a correctional facility; or substitution of a master's degree for one year only of the required experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in correctional work for a government agency for each thirty semester hours of the required education.

AREA SALES MANAGER Job Details Entity: Rockwater Full Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Exempt Business Unit: Production - Field Sales Reports to: Service Line Director Travel Requirement: Yes JOB DESCRIPTION Rockwater Energy Solution's Area Sales Manager is responsible for building and guiding a team of sales professionals to identify, target and develop the client base of businesses and competitors. This includes the planning, development and execution of sales strategy through to client contract award. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to * Follow all safety measures to complete jobs safely at all times * Responsible for all sales, service, operations coordination and business development within their defined geographic area * Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure all activities are in alignment with regional management plan * Coordinates all sales and service activities associated with customers, including but not limited to: staff supervision, orders, sampling, operations coordination, business development, and monthly reporting * Coordinates with Regional Management to execute sales strategy and generate profitable growth * Establishes, maintains, and expands customer relationships with new, targeted accounts * Develop customer contact and account management plans, value propositions, and offers * Manages trials, price setting, new customer/product portfolio, customer business plans & tender coordination * Development of personnel to allow for growth and success, as well as successful management of area profit and loss is imperative * Directly addresses customer's requests, investigates, and resolves customer issues * Coordinate with Regional Management & Technical Service teams to execute sales strategy and generate sales growth * Support development of new customer contact plans in coordination with Regional Management team * Manage respective team and deployment.
