Job Description:

UNIT COORDINATOR - per diem

The Unit Coordinator (UC) is an essential part of the Birth Center team, contributing to our delivery of high quality patient care with a focus on the patient experience. The UC is responsible for transcribing orders, data entry, answering phones, ordering supplies and other related duties. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent prioritization skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical environment is required.

• Nursing students in their 2nd or 3rd year preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Knowledge of Meditech software and medical terminology is preferred.
