Shift Differentials: Employees working evening duty (3:00 p.m. to 11 :30 p.m. shift) shall receive an additional one dollar and fifty-five cents ($1.55) per hour over their regular rate of pay, and employees working night duty (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shift) shall receive an additional two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour over their regular rate of pay.

Employees with scheduled shifts overlapping the aforementioned regular shift times shall be paid the appropriate shift differential for the hours worked. # # # ROLE SUMMARY The Unit Care Assistant is responsible for the#secretarial and patient care duties necessary for a smooth running unit. The Unit Care Assistant collaborates to provide an optimal plan of care based on the patient#s specific needs.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education:


High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited NAC program required. Experience:# Previous acute care experience preferred.# Previous medical office experience preferred. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Washington State (DOH) Nursing Assistant Certification.
