About the role:
Third Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30AM, Saturday
What you'll do:
Assist with repairs of buildings and installed systems to include (but not limited to): plumbing systems, building equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
Perform Preventative Maintenance and Reactive tasks, as needed.
Complete Work Orders safely while wearing all appropriate PPE.
Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
Complete entries in daily logbooks.
Clean fixtures, perform light carpentry/furniture assembly and locksmith tasks.
Maintain facility grounds and property by performing tasks such as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
What you'll need:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
May require wastewater treatment license.
May require valid driver's license.

The pay range for this position is subject to an applicable
Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the Union position is
or $33.62 per hour. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale.
