Overview Overview American Civil Constructors West Coast, established in 1987, is a Heavy Civil Construction company. We are qualified to bid and perform work for State DOT's and City & County Public Works agencies all over the United States.

We are currently hiring for a full-time Union CDL Driver to join the team in their McLeansville, NC office. Well-qualified candidates will be able ability to safely run low boy, commercial pick-up trucks, semis. As a heavy civil construction company, we specialize in retrofitting and repairing bridges - as well as performing specialized pavement overlays throughout the country for various DOT's and Public Works Agencies.

At ACC West Coast, we are growing our business and searching for knowledgeable, dedicated individuals that will complement our team. Our experienced crews and management team work together to complete high-quality work in a timely manner. Responsibilities Ability to safely run low boy, commercial pick-up trucks, semis Ability to operate vehicles with a manual transmission Haz-Mat endorsement a plus Valid Class A driver's license and medical card Employees will be expected to go to job sites and as a team perform designated work High school diploma or GED required Complete work orders as scheduled in a timely, professional, safe manner Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods Knows how to operate and maintain equipment needed to perform job tasks Good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills Must be physically capable of regularly lift/pull/carry 30-50 pounds, climb a ladder and negotiate uneven soil conditions Knowledge of construction safety practices What's in it for you:
