Overview

Communication Technician Ill (Tech 3): must demonstrate proficiency on supported products and applications, and display a commitment to service, customer excellence ,and leadership.  Technician III are expected to demonstrate a commitment to the Company goals and visions.

In addition to Technician I & II support requirements, Technician III is expected to have mastered supported systems and applications, provide OJT training to Technicians I & II, train on new products, and maintain existing certifications.  Maintain existing certifications and obtain additional, high-level certifications relevant supported products. Technician required to provide coverage for peers for vacation, sick, disability, personal time.

Pay Range

$50.00 - $55.00/hour

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
