The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. To accomplish this, we are charges with development of new designs, its implementation, and operation of the new and or enhanced services. Over the life of the contract, we will drive continual service improvement by tech modernization, for our (LANs), wide area networks (WAN), unified communication (UC), Video telecommunication and Streaming services.

What You'll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unified Communications- VoIP and VTC Engineer you will provide expert Design, analysis, research, and operation support to exceptionally complex UC and VTC problems.  The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally.  The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.

More About the Role:

In this role the VoIP/DVTC Engineer will be responsible for:

• Generally recognized as a leader in the industry in their area of expertise; sought out by others for advice and guidance.

• Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the UC and VTC technologies and services.

• Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Expertise in at least two of the below domains: Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Communications and Network Systems Management).

• Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.

• May serve as a technical consultant to a project(s) dealing with UC and VTC services.

• Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.

• Established and productive individual contributor

• Works independently with general supervision.

• Problems faced can be difficult and complex.

• May influence others technical staff through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

• IAT II, CUCM Manager Course

• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
