What You Will Be Doing:

You will be working in a claim center environment answering phone calls from the public to assist with their Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims and making benefit eligibility decisions. You will be provided up to 12 weeks of in-class paid training to help you acquire the knowledge and skills to process UI claims accurately, timely, and independently.

This is a permanent, full-time seasonal position. These positions are subject to leave without pay for a minimum of four (4) weeks in a calendar year and you will be provided with a definite date to return back to work; seasonal leave is typically during the summer months (May - September) to provide an opportunity to enjoy the long summer days.

  • A list of three (3) professional references, one of which should be your most recent supervisor, including name, job title, employer, and current phone number(s).

  • A copy of your last three (3) performance evaluations, or two (2) letters of reference if evaluations are unavailable.

  • If selected for an interview, your interview will be followed by a written assessment activity of up to 30 minutes.
