Client Support

  • Proactively complete client deliverables

  • Complete analysis or forecast for renewals

  • Manage the individual client accounts during the life of the policy to ensure any issues are handled.

  • Be responsive to clients questions

  • Present findings and analysis to clients

  • Leverage underwriting knowledge to educate internal partners and clients on rate development and best practices

  • Model financial impact for making plan changes or changes in benefit strategy

Market Trends

  • Analyze and complete M3 benchmarking reports

  • Assist in monitoring insurance carrier financial strength

  • Analyze impact of changing market landscape for our clients or prospective clients

  • Evaluate risk management deliverables to ensure they add value

Stop Loss

  • Present findings and explain results to internal partners and clients as needed

  • Coordinate any changes due to analysis with AE and reviewed impact of changes.

  • Maintain strong working relationship with stop loss carrier underwriting partners

  • Work with Account Executives and Account Managers to help strategize on stop loss policy changes or recommendation

This role will be responsible for collaboration with other privacy groups, Legal councils &product teams to ensure procedures & access to patient health information are in compliance with federal & state laws & the healthcare organization's information privacy practices. Essential Responsibilities: * Create an IT Privacy Program that can be properly measured and evaluated to ensure continual growth and improvement of the company's data privacy maturity and capabilities * Support the Security Risk & Compliance with reviews of systems and or processes to identify privacy related vulnerabilities * Provide privacy risk evaluation to leadership * Set Privacy Strategy for the company * Set internal requirements and evaluation of compliance for Global or Regional (i.e. China Cybersecurity Law) * Provide input for GDPR related activities * Prepare the plan for, create test cases and facilitate a Tabletop Exercise for Data Privacy incident at Healthcare * Implement GE Healthcare Specific Data Retention Policy/Standard/Guideline * Promote Privacy by Design initiative * Support Data Privacy related audit engagements/queries * Keep up to date with data privacy, regulatory and legal requirements regarding the Healthcare industry * Develop and support Privacy related policy, standards and guidelines * Participates in Privacy review of customer and Third Party contracts * Participate in cross business security and privacy initiatives and maintain relationships as appropriate Qualifications/Requirements: * Experience harmonizing Corporate and business security requirements * Experience working with product development teams on product security * Experience promoting security awareness throughout the business * One or more Security Certifications (CISSP, etc.) * Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication * Project management experience in global environments * Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of IT service delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority * Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization * Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills * Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization * BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent * Minimum eight years IT/Data privacy experience * Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions * Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them * 2 or more years of experience working with the data privacy domain * 2 or more years of experience working with information security specific to data protection * Understanding of international privacy and legal regulations * Experience working with healthcare specific legal and regulatory requirements * Experience working with audit and assessment frameworks Desired Characteristics: * Leadership Training Program Experience (CAS, DTLP, OMLP, FMP) * Lean experience * PMP / ITIL certified * Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification or equivalent About Us: GE Healthcare provides transformational medical technologies and services to meet the demand for increased access, enhanced quality and more affordable healthcare around the world.
