Manage the individual client accounts during the life of the policy to ensure any issues are handled.
Be responsive to clients questions
Present findings and analysis to clients
Leverage underwriting knowledge to educate internal partners and clients on rate development and best practices
Model financial impact for making plan changes or changes in benefit strategy
Analyze and complete M3 benchmarking reports
Assist in monitoring insurance carrier financial strength
Analyze impact of changing market landscape for our clients or prospective clients
Evaluate risk management deliverables to ensure they add value
Present findings and explain results to internal partners and clients as needed
Coordinate any changes due to analysis with AE and reviewed impact of changes.
Maintain strong working relationship with stop loss carrier underwriting partners
Work with Account Executives and Account Managers to help strategize on stop loss policy changes or recommendation
