The UST inspector performs monthly inspections at facilities with underground storage tanks.

Perform inspections & training at gasoline dispensing facilities

Drive service vehicles to sites - route based inspection services.

Enter inspection observations (forms) into computer &/or handheld device.

Transmit reports & maintain records.

Communicate well.


Includes visual observation, record keeping, on-site training, and limited maintenance related tasks at facilities with underground storage tanks.


Able to work with supervision and independently

Good driving record

Able to lift up to 60 pounds

Position requires stooping, bending, kneeling

Able to use computer and hand tools

Follow strict safety protocols

Extensive travel in company-furnished vehicle

Periodic overnight travel may be required

Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.

The Clinical DistrictManager (CDM) will also recruit, hire, develop, and retain the clinical team.The CDM provides input to the District Sales Manager (DM) regarding clinicalstrategies and plans. The CDM develops clinical goals and objectives for eachterritory on a fiscal, quarterly, and monthly basis, which achieve and exceedsales performance. A DAY IN THE LIFE: * Communicate overall corporate strategy and clinicaldirection to Diabetes Clinical Territory Mangers (CTM), and supports fieldpersonnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtroniccustomers. * Coach and develop clinical team through the utilizationof field visits (3 full days in the field per week/ spending 3 days per quarterwith each CTM/ a minimum of 12 days a year with each CTM), individual or groupmeetings, and telephone contacts. * Ensure alignment across the district on diabetesknowledge, competencies, and the preferred way of on-boarding patients andfollowing up to drive patient retention and success on our therapies. * Serve as liaison between CTMs and DM. * Act as key change agent and driver of all clinical changeinitiatives. * Direct and motivate employees to advocate for therapy bydeveloping HCPs, managing CPTs, improving patient outcomes, and performinggroup trainings. * Lead and help manage CTMs for clinical competenciesrelated to the diabetes disease state and provide guidance to CTMs on improvingin areas of clinical need. * Oversee the professional development of the fieldclinical team through continued education and by maintaining clinical practiceskill level, CDE status, and CEU requirements to satisfy renewal requirementsfor licensure. * Provide clinical updates with entire district to enhanceclinical and sales understanding of current and new products. * Partner with DM to promote teamwork, effectiveness, andefficiencies. * Collaborate with the CTM Project Manager and the SalesLeadership Team to help shape the overall clinical strategy for CTMs,participate in key change initiatives, and drive sharing of best practicesacross the nation. * Identify opportunities for improved clinical performanceand execution using Excel, Compass, and other available data and resources toestablish critical clinical objectives for the month, quarter, and year.Coordinate, develop, and implement strategies to achieve short and long-termbusiness objectives, especially related to AOP, patient retention, CPTmanagement, and CTM development. * Provide guidance to CTMs regarding the management ofassets, expenses, CPT budget, and territory budget. * Maintain knowledge of insulin and other diabetesmedications, as well as emerging technologies and their impact on our products. MUST HAVE - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE BE SURE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME: * Bachelor's Degree * A valid registered license in one or more of the following fields: * Registered Nurse (RN) * Registered Dietitian (RD) * Physicians Assistant (PA) * Nurse Practitioner (NP) * Pharmacist * 3 years of clinical experience * 2 years of previous experience in a management role having direct reports, or a minimum of 2 years as an internal Medtronic Diabetes CTM. NICE TO HAVE: * Previous experience managing employees in a healthcare organization * Comprehensive knowledge of the diabetes disease state and experience training/educating patients on Medtronic products and technologies * Outstanding product knowledge and technical skills in operation of Medtronic Diabetes products * Participation in management development program and trainings. * Experience as a Sr. CTM or field trainer * Experience with district and local team. * Understanding of AOP, performance, goals, and overall strategic plan for top HCP accounts. * Experience driving therapy adoption with new HCPs, expanding indications with current strategic HCPs, improving patient adherence and retention, and driving CTM adoption of group trainings. * Experience training/educating patients * Experience with finding a location, set-up, and execution of successful group trainings * Previous experience with implementing a change initiative * Demonstrated knowledge of scope of practice applicable to level of professional licensure * Demonstrated success in a team lead/ supervisory/ leadership role, including serving as a mentor/ coach * Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Healthcare Providers * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and remain agile with the business needs. * Excellent organizational skills. * Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to work well with clinical and sales people * Excellent presentation skills. * Member of previous Presidents Club/ Sales award team.
