Seeking a Ultrasound Technician PRN for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will schedule ultrasonic diagnostic procedures and prepare patients for what to expect by explaining procedures

  • You will perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures including positioning patients and selecting the appropriate transducer

  • You will manage processing and documentation including developing film, making hard copy images, documenting tests, and ensuring department records, reports and files are correct

  • You will maintain ultrasound equipment and notify management of faulty equipment

What Qualifications you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program is required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sonographer is preferred

  • Must be certified in diagnostic ultrasound in accordance to state regulations

  • Current DMS or ARDMS license is required

  • Must have at least one registry either OB, Abdomen, or Echocardiography based on need

  • Current BLS certification is required upon hire an must be maintained

VIEW JOBS 2/5/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-05T00:00 JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician position provides a wide range of facilities maintenance and custodial services for the hotel. The ideal candidate must be able to perform detailed mid-level technical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of hotel facilities and equipment independently. Our Maintenance Technicians are required to comply with all OSHA standards and regulations as well as government mandate regulating public safety and security. Regular work attendance which includes flexibility in work schedule that may include afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays. JOB DUTIES * Oversee the completion and documentation of maintenance work orders. * Perform quality inspections of work performed by outside contractors and vendors, as appropriate. * Perform preventive maintenance in guestrooms and common areas. Also work with housekeeping to ensure all guestrooms are "guest-ready." * Perform maintenance and repair of all building facilities and systems, including electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, boilers, water and plumbing systems etc. * Investigate and troubleshoot problems with facilities and systems throughout the hotel and * Requisition as necessary maintenance supplies, equipment parts, materials, tools etc. to General Manager as appropriate and authorized. Manages inventory of items. * Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs. * Ensure proper care and use of tools, equipment and supplies. Is familiar with and complies with all relevant OSHA, state and local safety and regulatory requirements. * Keep all interior and exterior areas clean and clear of clutter and trash. * Perform exterior cleaning activities periodically such as pressure washing, painting, mopping, and resurfacing. * Ensure exceptional customer service to all guests and protects guest privacy and safety when within * Maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance. (Specific standards outlined in Associate handbook). * Proactively address unsafe conditions by reporting accidents, injuries, property damage and or loss to the appropriate contact immediately. * Demonstrate a strong working knowledge and understanding of building electrical systems, HVAC systems, low pressure boilers, plumbing, and water supply systems. * Perform other related duties as assigned. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE * High school diploma and or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. * Apprentice status or higher in electrical, plumbing or HVAC/mechanical trade preferred but not required. * Prior hospitality experience preferred. SKILLS * Strong analytical skills * Ability to independently evaluate problems, issues, or challenges and implement solutions. * Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse intense situations. * Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Basic carpentry, sheet rock, painting, cabinetry, door lock, and hardware skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and mechanical and electrical documents and specifications. * Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to tasks. PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Lift up to 45 pounds maximum. * Occasional sitting, twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, * Frequent to constant standing, walking, and using hands to fingers to feel/touch. * May occasionally need to perform duties within extreme temperatures.
