General Summary: Under general supervision, using ultrasound equipment produces two-dimensional ultrasound images of internal organs for use by Radiologists in the diagnosis of disease and the study of malfunction of organs.

Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job. Explains procedure to patient, giving opportunity for questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust. Location: Elmhurst campus Hours: Part time, evenings.


Required:


Graduate of an approved ARDMS Radiologic Technology Program ARDMS) (OB or AB OR RVT OR ARRT RT(S) OR CCI Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association Preferred: Experience in Vascular, Breast, General Abdomen, OB/GYN, MSK, Pediatric

Periodically tests all equipment and the quality of signals throughout the cable network. Maintains required logs, records, and other documentation pertaining to headend operations. Installs new technology as projects and department goals require. Conducts quality control tests and measurements on new installations. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
