Performs duties involved with a variety of technical procedures utilizing high frequency sound waves to produce quality images for the detection of pathology. Performs all diagnostic ultrasound exams including: abdomen, obstetrical, gynecological, small parts, and vascular.

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; graduate of a School of Diagnostic Ultrasound. Must be actively working to collect clinical hours necessary to become registry eligible through the ARDMS or be currently registry through the ARRT(S) or ARDMS based on graduating from a Diagnostic Ultrasound program.Requires manual dexterity.

    Must possess reasoning ability and good independent judgment. Must have the ability to work within rigid time constraints. Must remain aware of patient condition at all times.

    Must possess effective communication skills. Must be able to assist and maneuver patients to and from wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds.

Performs duties involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for detecting pathology. * High school graduate (or equivalent); graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology. Active primary Radiography registry through the ARRT(R ) or currently registry eligible through the ARRT based on graduation and actively working to achieve the primary ARRT(R ) registry status within twelve months of hire. Active post secondary registry in Vascular Interventional or actively working to collect clinical hours necessary to become registry eligible through the ARRT in Vascular Intervention.Must possess reasoning and good independent judgment.
