Work Schedule:

100% FTE, evening shift. Monday

• Friday with start times varying from 2:00PM to 10:00PM. On-call and holidays required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay: A competitive starting pay based on relevant work experience. This position also includes an evening differential. You may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We are seeking an Ultrasonographer to:

• Perform a wide variety of routine and complex ultrasound procedures, including pelvic, abdominal, small parts and routine vascular examinations and may perform more complex imaging.

• Perform clinical examinations on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups.

• Work at a variety of locations, including a Level 1 Trauma Center, critical care facility and several clinics in the Madison area.

Education:

Minimum

• Graduate of accredited ultrasonography program and/or registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Work Experience:

Minimum

• Previous healthcare experience.

Preferred

• Two (2) years clinical experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum -

• Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations. (RDMS) in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Breast or Pediatric Sonography or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• RVT credential must be earned within 24 months of completing orientation, if not already acquired.
• CPR certification required within three (3) months of hire.

Preferred -

• Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations listed above and RVT.
