Ultrasonographer Team Lead Maternal Fetal Medicine

Performs duties involved with a variety of technical procedures utilizing high frequency sound waves to produce quality images for the detection of pathology. Performs all diagnostic ultrasound exams and supervises registered and registry eligible ultrasonographers and students.

• High school graduate or equivalent; graduate of a School of Diagnostic Ultrasound; Must be registered with and in good standing with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. 2 years of experience in an imaging position in the health care field.Must demonstrate excellent communications and customer service skills.
  
  Must possess good decision making skills.
  
  Must be willing to work with students and school officials in a teaching environment in order to enhance clinical education. Employee development and performance management skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  
  Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.ARDMS or ARRT Sonography (S) (Ultrasound) required
