UKG Pro WFM Functional - Technical Sr. Analyst

Overall, this analyst has the opportunity to play a key role in UKG Pro Cloud day-to-day work and projects involving strategy, implementation support, and optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Timekeeping, Basic Scheduling, and Attendance modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements.

• Acts as strategic business partner to identify, assess and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements.

• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.

• Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision.

• Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems.

• Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications.

• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.

• Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:

• Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).

• Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.

• Requires experience with professional software.

• Requires project management skills.

• Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.

• Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
