Job Description:Sability is looking for experienced professionals to join our UKG HRIS consulting and software post-live support team. As a Sability Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients across all industries by supporting them with their UKG Pro HCM solution.  Post-live support may include, but would not be limited to, configuration, troubleshooting, assessing their UKG configuration for optimization, providing knowledge transfer, writing documentation, and staff augmentation. In this role, you will assist customers by leveraging your deep understanding of UKG Pro, strong communication and presentation skills and a proven track record of consulting excellence.  You will use your creativity and ingenuity to formulate solutions that provide maximum benefit for our customers, setting them on a path to long-term success.  This is a functional consulting position; Business Intelligence knowledge and knowledge of the technical aspects of UKG Pro is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess outstanding customer service skills as well as strong analytical skills.Responsibilities: 
  • Lead client kick-off and requirements gathering meetings
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan as needed
  • Provide product and subject matter expertise to client
  • Manage project scope and budget
  • Assist in testing and acceptance of delivered solutions
  • Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro
  • Assist in validation of data
  • Gain customer authorization as needed
  • Participate in payroll activities such as adjustments and staff augmentation
  • Payroll activities including Year-end support, balancing and adjustments
  • Collect, analyze, document, and validate customer business requirements
  • Configure UKG Pro per client’s requirements
  • Provide guidance to clients on best practices, changes to business processes and the optimal use of their HR system
  • Assist with mappings and data conversion as needed
  • Support the client with testing scenarios
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Work effectively within Sability’s consulting methodology
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a UKG HRIS System Administrator
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
  • Highly motivated and team oriented
  • Experience processing UKG payroll
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in creating Business Intelligence reports
Preferred Requirements:
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
  • Experience in UKG Pro ancillary modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, LMS) preferred.
