Job Summary:

The UKG (Kronos) System Administrator will primarily focus on managing the UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions) application which includes managing the UKG environment, implementing new capabilities, configuring pay, attendance, and leave rules, coordinating integration with the payroll and other systems, and creating new reports/data views. This role will be a subject matter expert on all aspects of the UKG Pro Workforce Management to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. In addition, this role will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues and managing user security. This role will initially support the current UKG Workforce Central system and be the primary functional/technical SME in upgrading to UKG Pro Workforce Management.

Job Duties:

  • Maintains detailed knowledge of UKG product suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services.

  • Responsible for managing UKG Pro Workforce Management integration with payroll and other analytics systems.

  • Configures and maintains business structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management and accruals.

  • Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved.

  • Troubleshooting time clocks and configurations.

  • Writes clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation to maintain standards and procedures.

  • Works with leaders and end-users to create data views and reports to improve productivity.

  • Works with HR and departments to identify new opportunities and rollout new functionalities.

  • Serves at the key point of contact between HR/Finance/Payroll/and Operational teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • Five (5) years related experience is required.

  • Experience with labor categories, attendance and leave policies, shift premiums and patterns, and assignment profiles.

  • In-depth knowledge of standard UKG clock configuration and setups.

  • Knowledge of advanced scheduling concepts within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)

  • Understanding of integration between UKG and other HRIS & Business applications.

  • Knowledge of business operations/processes and using industry best practices/standards to complete analysis, design, and documentation.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.
