UiPath Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer
The UiPath Lead RPA Developer is responsible for managing all tactical aspects of the automation delivery lifecycle to meet enterprise goals. This individual will leverage their problem solving and analytical skills to identify and capture process requirements from business process owners across the enterprise; design, develop, test, and deploy comprehensive automation workflows into production; and ensure maintenance and stability of workflows in production. The lead will report to the head of automation CoE, and will work collaboratively with CoE management to ensure the application of best practices and operational excellence in accordance with established CoE program governance.
The UiPath Lead RPA Developer will:
Support and participate in project intake, assessment, planning and communication for RPA initiatives in coordination with automation CoE.
Drive the Agile delivery life cycle of automation opportunities through command knowledge of UiPath automation platform.
Foster relationships within business and functional areas to identify, capture, and document process definition.
Engineer core, modular, re-usable components and design patterns to support rapid automation development and scale for bot resource pools.
Utilize functional specifications to design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
Perform periodic code reviews and quality assurance measures at lifecycle milestones to validate readiness and compliance with applied standards and best practices.
Track, manage, and remediate defects in support of UAT cycles and in connection with established change request protocols.
Administrate the scheduling, assignment, and provisioning of automated workflows into the enterprise ecosystem using UiPath Orchestrator.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of deployed workflows as need to support change requests and scalability of the enterprise ecosystem using UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
Liaise with product vendors, partners, and internal production support as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
Catalog and manage the inventory of source control artifacts and objects supporting automation delivery using UiPath integrated SVN tool.
Assist the automation CoE to ensure adherence to enterprise compliance, risk management and information security guidelines.
Participate in the mentorship and development of talent for robotics engineers to ensure appropriate proficiencies to perform their roles.
Collaborate closely with CoE to proactively identify and mitigate risks; mature practices, staff, and policy; and promote the sustained growth and profitability of the organization's automation program.
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification (required).
UiPath Solution Architect Foundation certificate (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Information Technology and automation fields.
A minimum of 3 years experience with UiPath automation platform.
A minimum of 4 years of programmer and/or analyst experience.
A minimum of 4 years experience with modern object oriented programming frameworks such as .NET, Java, or Python.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and relational database platforms/SQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business-facing expertise.
Hands-on, contributor experience across all phases of Agile development life cycle (Discover, Define, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Close, & Support).
Experience using functional standards to develop collateral project tools and documents as part of SDLC deliverables.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.

Experience with ERP system (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) development
Experience with Document Management (OpenText, Documentum) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Software
