Citi Markets Origination (CMO) Technology provides tools/platforms to its internal and institutional clients for their capital-raising needs across Fixed Income, Equities and other products, from inaugural issuances and exchanges to cross-border transactions and first-of-their-kind landmark structures.
For our new strategic E2E platform, we are looking for a hands-on lead to design/architect the User Interface (UI) layer as well as manage a team of energetic developers based in near-shore and offshore development centers. The lead will be responsible for working with internal business clients to understand the requirements, define the target state vision for user interface (across desktop and mobile) and execute the implementation.
10 years' experience in design and architecting large scale application
Java/J2EE background will be a big plus
Expertise developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, DOM implementations, etc.
Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design
DevOps knowledge a plus
Excellent communication and inter personal skills ability to put across complex design in an understandable manner
Collaborates across application development and technology teams to ensure development is aligned with strategy
Pro-actively communicates and collaborates with business clients to ensure appropriate IT solutions are defined and executes on a timely manner
Experience working in Agile development environment, scrums meeting, and rapid prototyping
Relish tackling new challenges, paying attention to details, and, ultimately, growing professionally.
