As an innovator in the operation of family entertainment centers, we are looking for experienced full-stack developers who would love to create cloud-based apps and APIs to power our software systems of the future.

In this role, you will design and develop solutions as part of a ground-up re-engineering of our software applications using the latest .Net and Web technologies...allowing you the freedom to let your technical capabilities shine.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience with client-side technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, RXJS, HTML5, and CSS.

  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and JSON.

  • Experience consuming REST API-driven applications.

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks, particularly xUnit, Jasmine and Karma.

  • Experience with Agile development processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly Scrum.

  • Experience using source control, preferably Git.

  • Bonus:
    prior experience using NoSQL databases -- Couchbase, Mongo, etc.

  • Bonus:
    prior experience with CI/CD tools -- Jenkins, Bamboo, Spinnaker, etc.

  • Bonus:
    prior experience developing applications for the Cloud environment -- AWS, Azure, etc.

  • Bonus:
    prior experience with .Net Core, Docker and Kubernetes.


  • Sound knowledge of modern web development trends, technologies, and design patterns.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and implementing web-based software systems, with 5 to 7 years of experience being ideal.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without a visa requiring sponsorship.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely up to 80% of the time, but candidates MUST reside within a reasonable drive of our business location in Roxboro, NC.

You will be part of an agile engineering scrum team working in a fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with product, architecture and other engineering teams. The Expertise You Have * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technology or engineering discipline * Expertise in building scalable, server-side enterprise applications, domain logic intensive web services/APIs * 7 years of experience in software development * Experience in financial services industry preferred * History of Technical leadership with a strong sense of ownership * Experience leading and mentoring more junior software developers * Collaborating with members of other teams including architecture and product * Experience in developing cloud native applications in AWS/Azure is a huge plus The Skills You Bring * Web services/APIs development using Microsoft .NET frameworks – WebAPI/REST, .NET Core/REST/JSON, C#, Visual Studio, Jira, GIT * Micro-services and domain driven design patterns and architecture * Developing and deploying 12-factor, containerized (Docker, Kubernetes) API's to AWS/Azure * Test automation for unit, functional and non-functional testing (SOATEST, SOASTA, Cucumber) * Agile mindset, scrum experience preferred.
