Uc/Voip Specialist **Secret/Top Secret Cleared**

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a UC/VOIP Specialist to join the 24x7 hour Network Ops Center with a classified federal customer out of Salt Lake City, Utah. This position requires shift work to include nights and weekends. This position requires an ACTIVE SECRET OR TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.

Responsibilities of the UC/VOIP Specialist:

• Conduct network and telecommunications system incident investigation.

• Monitor DoD-wide voice/video support hardware and services, voice telephony switching, VISP, and VTC systems.

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair network devices including phone systems, call managers, VTC's, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.

Qualifications of the UC/VOIP Specialist:

• 2-8+ years of relevant technical experience.

• Must hold current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of two or more (CISCO, Juniper, Nortel, ACME Packet, Oracle, Palo Alto, SBC, etc.)

• High School Diploma

• Active SECRET or TOP SECRET Clearance

Compensation for the Unified Communications/VOIP Specialist:

• Salary: $65,000-90,000/year (flexible based on experience)
