The Position: We are looking for a Clinician, who is willing to embrace McKinleys mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Clinician is responsible conducting mental health assessments, provide ongoing individual and group counseling services, screen for human trafficking concerns, and provide crisis intervention services.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range were offering is $68,141 annually.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work with clinical experience in the program, or Masters degree in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which direct clinical experience is a program requirement
The Clinician must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
Prior mental health and residential treatment experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office-related software
Possess superior oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and organized
Able to work independently and organize multiple projects with minimum supervision
Able to work as a team member
Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and staff
Able to represent the agency professionally and appropriately with all constituencies
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) required.
Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
Ability to lift 10 pounds
Varicella: two doses of varicella vaccine (at least four weeks apart) OR born in the United States before 1980 with a reported history of chickenpox (verified by an adult present at the time of illness) OR titers indicating varicella immunity OR documentation from a healthcare provider verifying previous infection.
MMR: two doses of MMR vaccine (at least four weeks apart) OR titers indicating immunity to all three diseases.
Tdap: one Tdap dose.
Influenza: one dose annually during flu season.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry a caseload of 12 unaccompanied children (UC).
Provide mental health services which include individual counseling, family counseling as appropriate and specialized groups as needed.
Consult with an interdisciplinary team for initial assessments and treatment needs.
Meet with each UC for individual therapy at a minimum total of 1 hour weekly.
Provide group counseling at least 1 time a week.
Coordinate with each UCs case manager as needed.
Plan, implement and provide mental health services to UCs.
Provide the Lead Clinician and Lead Case Manager with information regarding the UCs progress.
Demonstrate an ability to understand the psychosocial needs of UCs.
Understand the need to set limits and intervene in an emergency, or refer situations to shelter staff for assistance.
Provide consultation as needed to leaders of the UCS group meetings.
Provide written treatment updates and participate in joint planning as necessary.
In collaboration with case managers, maintain contact with school personnel regarding each UCs academic performance and behavior and attend meetings as indicated.
Meet regularly with an interdisciplinary team to discuss the Safe Release Plan.
Participate in chart reviews and other Quality Assurance (QA) functions.
Maintain all required documentation on a timely basis and in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.
Attend all required supervision, department and agency meetings.
Take responsibility for on-going development of professional skills.
Attend all required agency training.
Participate in the agencys Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) plan as assigned.
Other related duties as assigned.
